Ace Translator is an easy-to-use application with which you can translate files into a wide range of languages: Chinese (traditional and simplified), Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.

It has an interface divided in two parts, in one you have to insert the phrase, text or word to be translated, and in the other the translates text is displayed.

Ace Translator integrates some useful commands for making job easier, such as copy/paste/cut, save, undo and print. Bear in mind that automatic translations are not exact.
