K-Lite Codec Pack Basic offers the most reduced number of codecs of all the K-Lite packs and it also brings the essential for the most usual audio/video file reproduction.

The DivX and XviD video formats will not cause problems when reproducing, the same as WMA audio format and AC3 format among others.
